The Request Fulfillment Manager must take inputs from the analysis of the process measures and key performance indicators,
complaints or escalations if any, process compliance analysis, backlog analysis etc. and identify opportunities for
improvements in the Request Fulfillment process. Any Request Fulfillment related operational risks, issues or escalations
should feed into the analysis for improvements as well. Lessons learnt must also be recorded. Once identified, the Request
Fulfillment Manager must collaborate with the Engagement Manager and implement the same. |
